• Retail Customers: Individuals must be 18 years or older.

• Wholesale Customers: Must have a valid business identity, GST number, and agree to wholesale terms including bulk minimums and delivery timelines.

2. Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

• Orders are subject to product availability and approval.

• Buy Tamil Agri reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, in whole or in part, at our discretion.

• Orders placed during public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in INR and may vary due to market fluctuations.

• We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfers.

• Wholesale Pricing: Volume-based discounts apply. Custom pricing may be available based on order size and frequency.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Retail orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.

• Wholesale orders may take longer depending on quantity and product availability.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or natural calamities.

5. Product Usage

• Our products are intended for culinary, agricultural, or commercial resale purposes.

• Buyers are responsible for using products in compliance with local food safety laws and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on our site—logos, images, descriptions—is owned by Buy Tamil Agri and cannot be reused without permission.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu, India.

• Any disputes arising will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
