Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. However, certain refund conditions apply:

For Retail Customers:

  • Refunds are applicable for products that are damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Customers must report issues within 48 hours with photo/video proof.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable items beyond 48 hours of delivery

For Wholesale Customers:

  • Refunds are limited and only applicable for genuine quality issues or shipping errors.

  • Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of receiving goods.

  • Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Buy Tamil Agri after internal quality verification.
