Return Policy

We understand that there may be circumstances requiring returns, and we aim to make the process transparent and simple.

For Retail Customers:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-perishable, unused, and sealed products.

  • Customer must bear return courier charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Returns are not accepted for consumables like spices, seeds, oils, or any product that has been opened.

For Wholesale Customers:

  • Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis and only for issues related to damage in transit, wrong product, or manufacturing defects.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of receipt.

  • Transportation costs for returns are usually borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
